CERTIFICATIONS & APPROVALS
The Company holds all of the approvals and certificates required for the operations listed in its business register, and including, as follows:
1. Certificate of Management System No. JW-17/3/2008 in conformance with the standard PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 and the Criteria of WSK issued by The International Certification Network and Polish Center for Testing and Certification.
1a. Certificate No. 530/A/2006 for compliance with the requirements of AQAP 2110:2003 with respect to development and manufacture of aircraft and parts thereof, as well as service of aircraft ( maintenance, repairs and modifications).
2. Approval Certificate of the Maintenance Organization No. PL.145.024 for compliance with the requirements of Part 145, issued by Poland's Civil Aviation Office ( ULC ).
3. Approval Certificate of the Production Organization No. PL.21G.0008 for compliance with the requirements of Part 21, Section A, Subpart G, issued by Poland's Civil Aviation Office.
4. Approval Certificate of the Design Organization No. EASA.21J.112 for compliance with the requirements of Part 21, Section A, Subpart J, issued by the European Aviation Safety Agency ( EASA ).
5. Approval Certificate of the Training Organization No. PL-PART-147-3/2005 for compliance with the requirements of PART-147, issued by Civil Aviation Office (ULC ) with respect to maintenance technicians training and examinations.
6. Raytheon Aircraft Certificate of Approval No. RAIFSAS/PART1/0661 pursuant to Raytheon Aircraft Quality Assurance document No. RAIFSAS/QA/SC1 and with respect to special processes approval ( total of 4, including NDT testing, metallurgy and chemical, with 2 employees holding NDT magnetic and penetrant method approval ).
7. Certificate of Approval issued by BAE SYSTEMS No. BAE/AG/10543/AERO including Quality Management System approval for compliance with the document BAe/AG/QC/SC1 Part 1 and special processes approval ( total of 7, including NDT testing, metallurgy and chemical ).
8. Certificate of Approval No. LB-115/25, issued to the Facility Testing Laboratory, meeting the criteria of the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2001 Standard, II Degree as per the requirements of Specification DT-L/95
9. Certificate of the Military Standardization Bureau to assign PZL Mielec the NATO Commercial and Government Entity Code NCAGE 0217H.
10. Certificate of Approval for compliance with the requirements of EN 9104 and conforms to the following Quality Management Systems Standards: BS EN ISO 9001:2000, EN 9001:2003, AS 9100 Rev B, applicable to design, production, technical maintenance, repairs and service civil and military airplanes, productions of parts and assemblies for aviation equipment, special prosses, issued by Bureau Veritas Certification.
